But if something’s not right?

Let us know within 10 days of delivery by emailing emotional-support@smolotov.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.

Because our products are perishable (and delicious), we can’t accept returns once they leave our warehouse — but we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please hang onto your order and packaging until we’ve had a chance to review.

Refunds (if approved) are processed back to your original payment method.
